Mechellet Bickerstaff is a UCLA graduate having obtained a Bachelors degree in Sociology. It was from this course of study that she first heard the statement, “What people see shapes what and how they think, and what people think shapes what and how they see.” that ignited a fire within. Inspired, Mechellet created her mantra – “look your best to be your best”. Mechellet discovered there is power in personal presentation and it makes a difference in perception, business and social success.  

Following her passion, Mechellet then studied the beauty industry and became a licensed cosmetologist. Additionally, Mechellet has learned the importance of health and well-being as a critical component of looking your best.  As a Certified Image Consultant, Mechellet specializes in assisting individuals maximize their image and style potential. Like a diamond in the rough that sparkles after it is cut and polished, Mechellet and I.C.E. will define, refine and make you shine!

Over the past 10 years, Mechellet’s expertise is consistently sought after and she has enjoyed success styling for a private clientele, which has included entertainers, professional men and women, bridal parties and individuals who simply want to look their personal best.

Mechellet is based in Los Angeles where she resides with her husband, Roderick Bickerstaff and their two children, Roderick Jr. and Remington.
